We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our authentic Harris Tweed garments; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all island-certified labels and tags intact.

Carefully pack your tweed items in their original packaging to prevent creasing or damage during transit, ensuring the completed return form is included inside.
Ship the Parcel
Send your package via a tracked courier service; we recommend retaining your proof of postage until the return has been successfully processed.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned fabric for quality assurance, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
